By using our website, app, or services, or by creating a buyer account, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and all other published guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Purchases & Payments
Product Availability
Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives or issue a full refund.
Prices & Checkout
Prices displayed may exclude shipping, taxes, or customs fees, which are added at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable charges. We accept secure payments through multiple methods.
⚠️ Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes applicable at the destination. These costs are not included in our pricing.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Shipping & Delivery
All shipping processes are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please ensure your delivery address details are accurate and complete.

Noonmar is not responsible for delivery delays or loss resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Prepaid Orders
Return allowed within 14 days if item is defective and meets return conditions.
Conditions
Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Special conditions for cosmetics and clothing.
Refunds
Processed within 7–30 working days to the original payment method after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Noonmar is not responsible for currency conversion losses on refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Noonmar or its licensed third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Noonmar.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform legally and in compliance with these Terms, respecting the rights of other users and third parties.
User Content
By submitting reviews or comments, you grant Noonmar a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
Prohibited Activities
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
⚖️ Liability Cap: Noonmar's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Noonmar harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimer, and limitation of liability shall continue to apply.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Noonmar is headquartered.
