Ingredients & Benefits

Ginger: A perennial plant that can grow up to one meter tall, with thin leaves and yellow or red flowers. Used as a spice and for medicinal purposes. Its roots contain starch, resin, and essential oils. Thrives in tropical climates.
Eucalyptus Leaves: A refreshing plant with extensive scientific research. Contains essential oils, vitamins, and minerals, making it widely used in medicinal blends. Also contains menthol and Stachys officinalis (nervine herb), making it safe for winter consumption.
Licorice Root: Important for consumption in winter. Contains saponins, flavonoids, and coumarins, which contribute to its therapeutic effects.
Nervine Herb (Stachys officinalis): Seeds and leaves contain beta-carotene, calcium, various acids, amino acids, carbohydrates, neochlorogenic acid, and iridoids, providing beneficial effects for winter use.

Consumption Recommendations
